We ship our items with our shipping partners GEL Express, GLS and Voigt Logistik (DHL).

 

Delivery conditions

Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. You can find out more about shipping costs in the individual offers.

Acoustic panels and finishing strips are always delivered curbside by a freight forwarder. If only accessories such as screws, samples, or maintenance oil are ordered, delivery is via GLS.

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

credit card
When you place your order, you provide your credit card information, and the credit card company performs an authorization check. Once you have been verified as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction is automatically processed and your card is charged.

PayPal
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing your order in the shop, we will request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be processed automatically by PayPal immediately thereafter.
